Mentoring
Highly skilled mentors provide one-to-one and group mentoring sessions for young people throughout the academic year, during school hours. With a focus on building relationships within safe spaces, mentors discuss academic and behavioural progress, set personalised targets and explore career aspirations.
Group mentoring sessions are held on Saturdays to encourage students to explore complex (and sometimes intricate) issues such as Self-Care, Self-Expression, Anger Management, and Conflict Resolution. These interactive sessions focus on getting young people to become more introspective and self-aware, helping them understand their autonomy and encouraging self-regulation.
We want young people to possess an attitude that inspires a continually expansive mind, giving them confidence in their own judgement and their capacity to make good decisions.
